| Rhythmicity is a partnership owned and run by two brothers, Tim and Andrew Scarborough. Between us we have extensive experience as musicians and workshop leaders, as well as in understanding customer requirements and delivering high quality service. |

| Previously, as a qualified psychiatric nurse and health promotion professional, Tim had over 15 years experience in therapeutic group work and training. During that time he worked with children and adults of all ages and levels of ability. |

| He has been facilitating drum and percussion workshops for 13 years, and made it his profession in 2000. |
| |
| Andrew has had 15 years experience in customer service and marketing management with companies such as Ford and Hertz. He is a musician and assists in workshops. His true love is the trombone but don’t worry, we make him leave it at home! |

| Our team of facilitators and percussionists is carefully selected and trained to lead and assist in the delivery of our workshops. |

| Rhythmicity has been operating under this name for three years. Previously part of the business was known as Rhythmworks4u. |
